Tried to get myself and my neighbour to form a Company to buy the freehold of our building from The Crown Estate with an impostor Marcel Sulc /Mark Slade with full knowledge was a known criminal who had no legal connection with the building. Matters connected

Failed to act over Landlord & Tenant Offences committed by my Landlord.

Covered up criminal offences committed by my landlord

Lied to Councillors over us being harassed.

He did not report these criminals' actions to the police

The council has a fraudulent local land charge on our building of an approximate amount of £27,000 She was informed that the Crown Estate had a large amount of money free to pay this charge but she refused to ask for the Crown Estate for it.
