I Mr D. P. N. Neilson am making the following complaints and
pressing charges against the Chief Executive for Lewes District Council Mr
John Crawford
1. Criminal conspiracy to intimate Mr Neilson with Sussex police to pervert
the course of justice over council corruption.
2. Criminal Misfeasance in public office.
3. Conspiracy with Sussex police to bring a Malicious Prosecution.
4 Criminal actions as electoral officer
5. Criminal conspiracy with Sussex Police pervert the course of justice over
the murder of Katrina Taylor.
6. I am pressing charges under. The Criminal justice and public order
act 1994 section 51 witness intimidation
7. Criminal conspiracy to intimate Mr Neilson with Sussex police to
pervert the course of justice over council corruption
8. I am pressing charges under Protection from Harassment act 1997
9. Misfeasance in public office
10. Malicious falsehood
11. Abuse of powers.

13. Criminal conspiracy with K. Knight. R. Harries. Ann De Vecchi.
Insp.M. Preddy
Tried to get myself and my neighbour to form a Company to buy the freehold of
our building from The Crown Estate with an impostor Marcel Sulc /Mark Slade
with full knowledge was a known criminal who had no legal connection with the
building. Matters connected
Failed to act over Landlord & Tenant Offences committed by my
Landlord. Covered up criminal offences committed by my landlord, Lied
to Councillors over us being harassed. He did not report these
criminals' actions to the police
The council has a fraudulent local land charge on our building of an
approximate amount of £27,000 She was informed that the Crown Estate had a
large amount of money free to pay this charge but she refused to ask for the
Crown Estate for it. There are other matters not being disclosed at
this time

I am making this compliant to the members of Sussex Police Authority. Because
of it clearly shows that corruption is still as bad in Sussex Police.
DAVID O ROGERS is a Lewes District Councillor I can expect him to demand a
full investigation by an outside force in to Lewes District Council.
Corruption- falsehood- perverting the course of justice- failure of duty-
criminal misfeasance in public office- malicious falsehood-malicious
prosecution- harassment and intimidation of a witness to pervert the course
of justice- negligence- improper disclosure of information- criminal
conspiracy with other persons to intimidate Mr Neilson- witness intimidation-
