THE ATTENTION OF ALL MEMBERS OF SUSSEX POLICE AUTHORITY THIS IS A FORMAL COMPLIANT AGAINST NORMAN BAKER MP I am addressing these complaints to you as Sussex
Chief Constable Ken Jones is acting outside of the law and condoning Sussex
Police officers acting outside of the law and will not reply to Solicitors
letters and he is involved in covering up major Police Corruption within
Sussex Police and it appears that Sussex Police Authority are also acting
outside of the law so this is being e-mailed to you and also being sent out
as a general press release I Mr

7EL. Am making this complaint on
behalf of myself and Mr B. P. Cox I Mr D. P. N. Neilson member of the public
who solved the murder of Katrina Taylor in July 1996 (this is on audio tape) I Mr
D. P. N. Neilson are making the following complaints against NORMAN BAKER MP NORMAN BAKER MP THAT WHILE HE WAS LEADER OF LEWES
DISTRICT COUNCIL from 1987 to 1996 THAT HE WAS INVOLVED IN THE CRIMINAL ACTIVES LISTED
BELOW 1
Corruption in Public Office 2 Criminal
conspiracy to help Winton Investments to intimidate and Harass and cover up
crimes being committed by Winton Investments against Mr Neilson with the
named Lewes District Council Officers to cover up crimes. 3
Criminal conspiracy to intimate Mr Neilson with Sussex police to pervert the
course of justice over Lewes District Council corruption and major crimes
proven in Brighton County Court before District Judge Merrick. 4.
Criminal conspiracy with Ken Bodfish of Sussex Police Authority to bribe Mr Neilson
not to take legal action against Winton Investments. (Ken Bodfishes own words
Mr Neilson I will take you up to Lewes District Council and you can pick any
Council property you like) 5.
Criminal conspiracy with Sussex police to cover up the attempted murder of
Mr. Barry. Cox proven before District Judge Merrick 6. Criminal conspiracy with Mark Slade aka
Marcel Sulc Lewes District Council tried to force myself and Mr Cox to form a Company to buy the freehold of
our building from The Crown Estate with an impostor Marcel Sulc /Mark Slade
with full knowledge was a known criminal who had no legal connection with the
building what so ever and Lewes District Council tried to bribe us to buy
with this known criminal. Norman Bakers corrupt action where one of the major
factors that lead to the murder of Katrina Taylor. Norman Baker mp should be
investigated in to any involvement he had in covering up evidence in the
murder with Sussex Police 7 Criminal Misfeasance in public office. 8.Corruption and Criminal Conspiracy with

Higher Drive Banstead Surrey SM7 1PF 15.The council has placed a fraudulent local land
charge on our building 318 South Coast rd Peacehaven Sussex BN10 7EL of an
approximate amount of £27,000 Lewes District Council were informed that the
Crown Estate had a large amount of money free to pay this charge but refused
to ask for the Crown Estate for it. 16. Criminal conspiracy with the named
council officers to cover major crimes and Council corruption. John Crawford K. Knight. R. Harries. Ian Kedge Rolf
Hunter more council officers to be named. 17 Mr Neilson is pressing charges under witness intimidation under the Criminal Justice and Public

Have been reported for a wide range of crimes. A Full investigation in to Lewes District Council and
